Property Viewing Form

Request a third-party agent viewing of your managed property. You will need the agent's Emirates ID and RERA Broker Card copies, and requests require at least 48 hours' notice.

Terms & conditions

Please read all nine clauses — they govern access, fees and approval.

  1. Authorized Viewing OnlyThis form must be filled out and signed by the property owner. Only one agent is permitted per form and per viewing. No access will be granted without this form being submitted and approved in advance.
  2. Agent Verification RequiredThe agent's full name, Emirates ID copy, and valid RERA Broker Card must be provided. Viewings are not permitted for agents without these documents.
  3. Supervised Access OnlyNo self-access, key handover, or unaccompanied entry is permitted. All viewings must be attended by a Deluxe Holiday Homes staff member.
  4. Viewings by Appointment OnlyViewing requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Viewings are strictly allowed only when no active reservation is in place and no guest is inside the premises. The requested date and time are subject to the availability of a Deluxe Holiday Homes representative, and cannot be confirmed until approved by our team.
  5. Viewing FeeA fee of AED 150 per viewing applies and will be deducted from the next monthly payout. This fee covers coordination and attendance by our team.
  6. No Fee if Listed with Deluxe Real EstateIf the property is listed exclusively with Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers LLC, no fee applies. Deluxe agents may show the unit to third-party agents as part of the internal brokerage process.
  7. Restrictions During Management PeriodWhile the property is under our management, no other party is allowed to access the unit without written consent from the operator.
  8. Prohibited Activities During ViewingPhotography, video recording, or promoting the property without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
  9. Non-Compliance ConsequencesAny attempt to access the unit without following this process may result in denied access and suspension of the unit's Holiday Home Permit.

Listing with Deluxe Real Estate

While the property is managed and rented by Deluxe Holiday Homes, I would also like to list it for sale/rent with Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers:

  • We will list your property with our sister company — Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers. Price and details will be agreed upon by the broker with the landlord first before listing.
  • Landlord's obligation with the Operator shall be honoured as per the Management Agreement.
  • Deluxe Homes Real Estate's agents are authorised to arrange viewings when the property is vacant only.
